Data we collect
- When you order or ask a question: name, WhatsApp number, email (if given), delivery address and details, event date, cake writing and greeting card, and design notes and reference photos.
- When you use the Wanderful Rewards membership: your WhatsApp number to sign in (with a one-time code), PIN, balance, top-up, cashback and voucher history, and the important dates you save in the calendar.
- When you send a complaint: the name on the order, the delivery or pickup date, and your message.
- When you register for the Cake Business Academy: name, WhatsApp number, email, city, experience and goals.
- When you visit the website: pages viewed, where the visit came from (for example an ad link), device and browser type, and a random code stored in your browser to count visits. The code does not contain your name or number.
What we use it for
- Processing, making and delivering your order.
- Contacting you about your order on WhatsApp.
- Running the membership: sign-in, balance, cashback, vouchers and important dates.
- Handling complaints.
- Improving the website and measuring our ads.
- Meeting legal obligations, such as transaction records.
Who helps process it
- Midtrans: processes payments. Card details are entered on Midtrans' payment page, not on our website.
- Supabase: our website database.
- Cloudflare: runs this website.
- WhatsApp: order conversations and the one-time sign-in code for the membership.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measures visits and our ads.
- Elfsight: shows our Google reviews on the homepage.
- We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and browser storage
The website stores a few small items in your browser: your cart and wishlist, the random visit code, and quiz progress. Meta Pixel uses cookies to measure ads. You can clear all of them in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
As long as needed for orders, the membership and legal obligations such as transaction records. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, No. 27/2022), you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent. Send your request on WhatsApp +62 812-1880-1119.
