Hi..due to my own carelessness..I accidentally spoiled the first cake..n because of wanderbakes fast response, they able to replace n deliver my cake right on time..my son is very happy with the cake..tqvm for effort for my son’s special day..
What happened
The review is short, but complete. The mistake was the customer's own, and they said so plainly. Wanderbakes responded fast, a replacement cake was made and delivered on time, and their son was happy. They didn't write how many hours were left, so we won't guess.
A cake within hours
In Google reviews, several other customers also describe cakes that were ready the same day. Christina M. ordered at 10 in the morning and the cake was ready at 13:00. Hannum H. paid at noon and the cake was ready that afternoon. Bernadeta R. ordered last minute on the day itself for a nephew or niece's birthday, and the cake was ready by the afternoon.

We don't promise that every design can be made within a few hours; it depends on the design. What we do: if you send a reference photo on WhatsApp before 17:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday, our designer replies with what can be made that day, before you pay. Then you choose a delivery slot that hasn't started yet, or an exact time by online courier.
If your cake is ruined today
- Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can, before 17:00 WIB (Monday–Saturday). There are no same-day orders on Sunday.
- Send a reference photo of the design you want, and the time of the event.
- Choose delivery: a standard morning 10:00–12:00, midday 13:00–16:00 or afternoon 16:00–20:00 slot (a slot that has already started can't be chosen), or an exact time by online courier.
- If the event is tomorrow morning, choose today's afternoon slot and keep the cake in the fridge.
How to order a cake
- Message Wanderbakes on WhatsApp at +6281218801119 (wa.me/6281218801119).
- Tell us two things: the date, and who the cake is for.
- Send the full address (building, cluster, block or unit number) and a phone number the courier can call.
- For a custom cake, send a reference photo. The designer replies with what can be made before you pay.
- Ordering from abroad? We accept Visa and Mastercard from any country, through a secure payment link.
