We handle orders from abroad like any other order. You can message us on WhatsApp at any time, from any time zone. Our designer replies with what can be made before you pay, and before the cake goes out the admin usually sends a photo of it, so you can see the result even if you are not in Jakarta.
For payment from abroad, we accept Visa and Mastercard from any country, through a secure payment link. You don't need an Indonesian bank account.
If you are ordering from abroad
- Give the date and time in Jakarta time (WIB), so it doesn't get mixed up with your time zone.
- Send the name and phone number of the recipient in Jakarta for the courier, and tell us if it is a surprise.
- Standard delivery to Jakarta, Tangerang, BSD, Alam Sutera and Bintaro is a flat Rp 55.000, in a morning 10:00–12:00, midday 13:00–16:00 or afternoon 16:00–20:00 slot. An exact delivery time goes by online courier, priced by distance.
- For a cake today, the cut-off is 17:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday.

- Tell us two things: the date, and who the cake is for.
- Send the full address (building, cluster, block or unit number) and a phone number the courier can call.
- For a custom cake, send a reference photo. The designer replies with what can be made before you pay.
